Normal recovery is 15% rounded to the nearest whole number and Node recovery is 25% of your max mana rounded to the nearest whole number.

Mana Share is also a very useful/helpful skill to have. Always train in it at least once every level and Double train when you can until you have 100 bonus. The more you have, the more you can send to someone who has less mana share than you.

There may be more in each town  (especially the Landing) I haven't listed but do have fun finding them ;)  

UPDATE: As of the year 5101-5102, some areas listed and not listed, once were safe areas but it seems some critters tend to sneak in the areas, including IN the towns and at tables!! It's up to you to be aware of the safe areas you frequent. Certain critters can still enter noded areas but as it always has been, neither you or the creatures can attack.
